Be careful!

You can rack up calories quick at subway!
Go to there website and they have a chart of everything they have and nutrition values.
Make you sandwich, before you go to subway. One healthy sandwhich I like to get is.....

-6" Hearty Italian Bread, 220
-LIGHT mayonnaise ------ 50
-PROVOLONE cheese ----- 50
-Green Peppers -------------0>
-Jalapeno Peppers ----------0>*PEPPERS SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM*
-Tomato -------------------- 5
-TURKEY Breast --------- 280

Just trying to help y'all get a idea. That's just what I get, and it sure is GOOD!
