LDWF will honor 2014-2015 licenses per their Facebook page:
"Weekend Anglers, our sincere apologies for our licensing system being down for an extended period yesterday. We've been notified that the system is back up and running. For the inconvenience, per the Enforcement Col., If you have a 2014-15 license, it will be honored through the weekend. Happy Fourth!" I'm late in replying, but know some folks might make that evening fishing trip today.
