Yes your absolutely correct; you would starve trying to make money guiding on some of these leases. The days of the guide services driving lease prices are gone. Companies have a large impact now; paying top dollar for leases and the cost is wrote off as entertainment expenses.

Depending on the profitability of the business and the relationships with their customers; entertainment expenses can become priceless. Meaning there is a return on their investment; 55k is prob a drop in the bucket.
