Use of the house/camp is available (included) year round. It's a nice 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home in the country 4 miles northwest of Gueydan. Set up to sleep 6, could easily sleep 10. Full kitchen and just completed a large great room. Less than 5 mile drive to all blinds.
Fishing on the Mermentau River, Lake Arthur, Lacassine Refuge and White Lake all conveniently located. All maintenance including pest control/grass cutting/yard is included.
Lease price is $39,500 for house and 3 blinds
