Yes. Killzall is glyphosate (roundup) As said above you can hack Slits into the tree and pour the concentrate on the hacks, you can go around the tree drilling at an angle with a 1/2" drill bit and pour the concentrate into the holes or you can go ahead and cut the tree down and paint the stump with the concentrate or drill holes in the stump.
