Love the part about this being a way to free a girl from getting stuck in a crappy relationship because they end up feeling too dependent. I believe this is pet of the reason you see so many girls getting into another relationship before they are out of another one, or immediately after they get out of one.

This is another very valid approach. But from a dad's point of view, I think we should attend to daughters' educations so they have more options if they end up in bad relationships.

Nothing prevents some great guy from spoiling a daughter with a good education, but the lack of options and independence has caused many a young lady to feel stuck in a bad relationship.

I don't mind women who can make sandwiches, but women are capable of much, much more.
