I proly shoulda stayed home and painted myself lol! Hit the sabine river at Niblett's. Fished from 730 to noon and caught 2 dinks. Fished on the old river north of i10. Fished a lil main river but the current is still rolling pretty good! Hit a few cuts with running water and caught my fish there on square bills! Tried a jig and craw worms on wood and beat the bank but no luck! It was 32 deg when I launched and the water temperature wasn't much higher at a whooping 49 deg! Water was murky on the main river and found a few spots with decent water running out of the woods....all and all it was a fun trip just need to get out and explore the sabine more to get on em!
