No foot pedal. Wish I had one though, maybe it would stop if I plugged one in.

I tried it again once I got home. Same thing as soon as I plug it in its running full speed.

The remote will turn it but wont slow it down or turn it off.

did you try taking the battery out of the remote and put it back?

First thing I did.

Busy day didn't catch minn Kota on the phone. I will try tomorrow

I know there is a reset/reboot process that I think I got off the MK website. I keep a copy of it in my boat in case I ever need it (haven't needed it yet).
