I got a Hummingbird that came with my boat. It is not near as good a unit as the Garmin.
I have a floating waterproof hand held Garmin that I use on my big boat. I can plug it into a laptop and download maps or input locations or routes. Much more better than the kind I have on my fishing boat. I don't think you can go wrong with Garmin.
