C &H in crowley or Breaux & Dagle in Piearre Part will be the cheapest place to buy a Yamaha outboard in Louisiana. I personally wouldn't get my motor serviced at C & H, but I have had great service with Breaux and Dagle.
you could also try Cajun outboards, I know they have great prices on Mercs and they sell Yamadog as well. good luck.
