not only do ya get more nicotine but you get a big inrush of nicotine all at once. A study i read said that you get 80% of the nicotine from a dip in the first Min. you put it in your mouth. When a newbie takes a dip and gets sick and turns green it's not because they swallowed it, It's from NICOTINE POISONING!

man i tried quitting and in the 3 day period drank like 5 bottles of JD and broke my truck rear window...wasnt worth it..maybe im just young and dumb but if its the only relaxation i can get for 30 minutes during the day then y stop it...

I dip an chew a lot...more that normal i need to quit but i try not to think about it....my dad dipped for years an one day at work he woke up from a bad dream..he dreamed he was in the hospital an couldn't talk they had to take out his throat....woke up threw it all away hasn't dipped since

went to a hynotist in march, and haven't had a dip since. i responded to an ad in the paper to quit smoking. obviously works for dipping too. my dad used to smoke 3 packs a day, and went to one of these group hypnotist deals 15 years ago, and hasn't smoked since. thought i would give it a try.
