To play devils advocate here, I'll stand up for Meagan in this case. We all face temptations to splurge (i do especially on outdoor gear & toys) . Sometimes these are not decisions for the accountant. Those who face these decisions must choose wisely based on more than mere numbers. There is an emotional attraction and/or evocative experience as part of the decision that must BALANCE the numbers...
