Took us years to get rid of the high salinity in our South marsh...just getting right this summer. Chris how was the water level in the marsh???? We have enough to get around out there?

It's getting better they're finally started to get some rain last week. In the front marsh a couple of weeks ago there was maybe 6 inches in the canal and the mud was starting to show in the duck ponds.

As long as there are ducks, I bet Shawn is good. Of course we all would love "better" birds.

I'm not that picky, I can clean a spoonbill much faster than plucking pintails. I just like to kill crap.

I'll second that Shawn, I can cut the breast and legs off them spoon babies fast. Remove all the fat and they are good to go.
They fly like a duck, they die like a duck.

I hope you ladies are pumped up!!!! Been watching duck hunting videos everyday for the last 2 weeks. I even been holding my 4 month old son in front of the tv so he will dream about duck hunting until he's old enough to go. Might even "buy him" a dog and get him trained up for em.

I know I'm not the only person ready!!! Teal season right around the corner
