if it has worms you will notice it, not really something to worry about from what i been told. But i just cut out the worm and keep on rollin

It was my first time to see them too, my buddy showed them to me. They are just little white spots on the meat and he pulled them out but you can cut them out too.

I agree 100%. The hotter the weather the more worms. They will not harm you if you cook the fish.
