I'd still sue her azz. I'd get a judgment and once she got her next tax refund check I garnish that bad boy. It can be done and though she probably would not change her ways it would serve her right.

I ended up suing a deadbeat tenant once eventually got all my money. It was sweet justice.

I think I am. I hate to be that way but why should I have to spend my hard earned money to fix her screw up. I'm sure I'm already funding her financially anyway
