I had a pair of electronic browning muffs. Great for target shooting and practice. My main issue hunting with them is that they make it hard for me to blow my duck calls. It just makes the call sound weird in my ear. I can't tell if the sounds coming from the call or what it's supposed to sound like. Just unnatural.

This is true. Does make your calling sound weird.

Gander Mountain has a set on sale now $39. for a pair. Good as Walkers game ear ???? lots of difference in price. Beaumont store had them in stock. reg price is $79. They had got a bunch of pistol ammo in and no price gouging. 9 mm 223 cal 40 cal & 45. no 22 lr. Was there tonight and left at 7:30 pm.

It does sound different and sometimes it'll shut it off... But u know when you screw up on a call. That's the way I look at it
