My preference depends on where I'm at. I'm way too tight to buy the expensive stuff. I used to buy nothing but tw Samuels and mix with coke. If I'm getting them "free" at a casino I'll order jack and coke. Now I'll spring for jack Daniels Tennessee honey to drink on the rocks after dinner with my old lady. She likes to drink wine and I'm not a fan of it so I just drink Tennessee honey. But if it's getting mixed in coke, I really don't care the brand, I'll drink it all

I am pretty sure you can still buy it. They sell it at Hokus Pokus in LC.

Crown XR is my favorite. I have only had it twice as it's not cheap.

Crown and Crown Black for me.

Default Whiskey

For plain old social weekday drinking Wild Turkey or Old Charter. Weekend drinking if you want to take it to a higher lever would be Buffalo Trace, Knob Creek, Basil Hayden

Thanks bro....I'm blessed to have other folks foot the tab when it comes to power drinking......

For you Crown guys....try Tangle Ridge....twice the aging, half the price. It's a class blend.

I like 18 year old Glenn as well.

When in Baton Rouge.....French Market Bistro has a damn good selection of classy brown liquor

I also prefer whiskey over beer. I will have to try this blantons. I have had red stag and it is pretty good. Will have to try the JD american honey on the rocks. See if it's any good.
