yeah i would love to go sunday christmas morning to kill some more grey ducks, but no way my wife would let me live that down. Going to father-n-laws to spend christmas day out there in gc so i might have to make an afternoon hunt. Another limit of greys would really be santa clause coming to town.

i may not be hunting friday but i will be on the water. thats guaranteed. I am taking this vacation and rollin with it. trouts and ducks look out!

Good news they killed the first limit of specks at our blind yesterday, my dad and his coworker. Said they were about to sky blast some snows when out there corner of his eye he saw 4 specks land about 10 yards from the deeks. Shot them all the left.

awesome man!!! Coming back yesterday i bet there was 100,000 geese in the air right past chessons in cameron prairre it was a sight.

Yeah, people joke alot about spoonbills, but they are one of the prettiest ducks you'll see around here. That powder blue wing and green head are just awesome looking. Just them darn big lips that ruin it!!

Look on facebook and check out Broussard's Taxidermy. He is here in Lake Charles. But in his pics he has one of ahanging mount he did thats freakin awesome. Never met the guy but I talked to him on the phone and I can tell he is a super nice guy. We ended up chatting for awhile.
