What is the current status of the on and off ramps at Neslon Road exit on I-210?

A couple of days ago.....I was on I-210 just east of there and the west bound exit was backed up for ~ 3/4 mile east of the Lake street exit.

I guess at 5 AM this would not be a problem.....but is the exit ramps on Nelson open???

The ramps are closed for 2 days at a time. I think they are finished with Lake St. and Nelson Rd. exits.
Several others are shut down. They are cutting square holes around the pot holes and filling with cement and letting dry. Today I saw Legion St. and Enterprise St. exits closed.
