Let me give you a shake down on this..........Winds are going to blast from the south at 20-25 gust to 30 all day and until around 1am then switch out of the North West at 10-15 until 12 tomorrow then settle down......

I would not waist my time!!!! Reason Right now the whole lake is muddy then west wind change.........WOOOOOOOOO Destroyed....

Go Sunday

gale force winds + big waves + muddy water = (crappy lake conditions) waste of time

Well I live about 2 miles from cal point and I just road out there to see what it looked like and it was pretty bad water was stained and rough. I was surprised to see about 20 boats out fighting it. I wouldnt waste my time.

Rode out there last night. The South end of the lake was pretty clear for the winds.
West Cove was pretty good to. North end pretty much sux.
Joe's Cove is the only place we went that we found any fish. We saw a big slick on
the South end of the cove and fished it.
We saw lots of Brown Pelicans all over the place. The winds did suck pretty bad.
There was no place that we could find calm water. Nowhere.
Winds are worser today.

It looks like it is getting ready to rain in Lake Charles. It is clouding up.
