Default vermilion bay 5/22

it was a awesome day to be out on the water today ! myself, Opinions_Vary and bchamp350 went try out the bay today ! was able to pick a few fish even one 16in trout the water didn't look to bad today ! i also tagged and released 7 reds ! we had a blast ! cant wait to try it again !

Bayou Chene is the canal that connects the Intracoastal Canal and the bay, it's between the Boston Canal and the Delcambre Canal.

Thanks for letting us tie up for awhile......Chelle and Huey had enough of the sun......it was nice to just stop even if it wasn't very long......I'm curious about how many miles that route was, seemed like a long ways......didn't even burn half a tank tho.......it was good to see you, and whoever was cooking that BBQ is welcome at my house anytime!!!!

Didn't fish, just a family day on the boat........I really gotta get a top, it was hot! !! Chelle has some serious Burns goin. .......she put lotion on the baby, but forgot about herself

Nice catch. From the map I have seen on LDWF it looks like you cannot get to the gulf from SW PASS or Freshwater Bayou. However, does look like you can go around Marsh Island.
