just got thru trimming 9 racks a spare ribs.got em rubbed up w/ some e mans pig rub and in the fridge for the smoker tomorrow. Along w/ some wicked beans and tater salad, Boys at work are going to impressed come monday lunch

Woke up at 2am to go fish.......came home, had a car delivered to my wife while I was gone......so rode around with her for a few hours.......then a kids bday party.....now I'm waiting foe the kids to fall asleep so I can........2 more hours will make 24 up strait.........ugh

LMAO..........man I can't tell you how many times I had to drag my buddies out of the bar and put them in bed because they could not walk or talk. It's like they were in a coma. I stuck to the uppers myself.
