I would agree that if the bear was suffering just shoot him and get it over with.
Exactly, what is the difference between someone doing this or putting corn in a feeder for deer or planting food plots for deer. This bear was no pet, it wasn't a dog or cat! Shark is a leftist organization that would love nothing more than to take away the rights of all outdoorsmen.

I saw a vid about Jimmy Houston years ago done by these same people. It was on deer and just as bad. JH was hunting in a 3 acre pen and the buck was actually running into the fence trying to get away, then he shot it with a blunt tip arrow. He's a zero in my book also.

What I have a problem with is the fabrication of the story and the video made like he was on some tough hunt and then to mount it in his house like he did something. If he wanted to walk in there and just shoot it with a bow and be done with it im fine with that but all the extra stuff makes him look like an idiot.

You could tell that bear was tame....When wild bears get shot they run like diarrhea.

I agree, what the guy did was stupid, but the drama of the speaker almost bothers me more. "A tame bear with bad teeth"..
