sometimes the clean up efforts do more harm then good.(many areas, started up for clean up, never saw oil) bringing in hundreds of boats(not from the area) into an area will **** up its ecosystem, you can guareentee someone's ****ing something up. Whether its big *** boats/barges unintentionally dredging our bayous/canals
