great article....thanks for sharing. I miss him around here doing the American Messes Outdoor reports. We had a long discussion long ago back when we were trying to make the CCA Trout Shoot Out catch & release. He was amazed on the amount of fish that survived and thought it was such an awesome thing.

I think almost every fish that was weighed live at the big lake sfa tourny was release alive and well..... Does anyone remember that??
