The cuts in the rocks at the Cameron Jettys usually hold finger mullet.
The South end of the Pogy plant does also, but not as many.

in joes cove on the south bank reef? evertime i go there its only a few boats...and the birds been diving in there late in the afternoon...caught some solid fish in there in the past couple weeks

They have some good fish in there, last time I went on a Friday and then on a Saturday they had 5-8 boats back there
