Well, the cards definitely didn't fall our way on Saturday. Right spot, right fish but I had a case of the yips so bad it was embarrassing. Not to mention having to pick up and run from squalls every 30 minutes. We just couldn't put together a decent bag of fish. Ended up in 22nd place. I have never been happier to get back to the dock than I was Saturday afternoon. My 10 year old gets the trooper of the year award for toughing it out with us. He slept under the leaning post most of the morning. Tough day but you can't win 'em all.
