Hairout Moss Lake 8/2

Took my wife and oldest daughter out to Prien today. Didn't do much there, so we went down to Moss Lake. Ladyfish were everywhere and the birds were working. Only one other boat around. Started catching a few specks between ladyfish.

There was about 50 yards between us and the other boat. We were both working the outer edges of the birds getting along real nice. Outta nowhere, two brothas come hauling butt between us in a jon boat and shut down right in the middle of the fish. The one in the back yells "Dis is wea we wuz yessiday". The one in the front then takes a 10lb anchor and shot-puts it out the front of the boat. Needless to say, after it hit the water, all the fish hauled it outta there.

Since my daughter was in the boat, I bit my tongue and moved on.

Some people's children!!!

This would have been the perfect time for the Coast Guard boat with the big gun on the front...

You should'a hung around for a little bit. Nothing's more satisfying then to have someone do that to you then you start catching fish right in front of them anyway.

I'm sure they did scare every fish around with their Olympic anchor toss, but they would've re-developed near by eventually.

At minimum, toss something with at least 3 big rusty trebble hooks.
