first of all dont challenge my intelligence on a subject you obviously have not learned enough about to know what your talking about..(fishing)..i was trying to be cool with you being were both from over here and all but u wanna make me out to be iron man like and arrogant then go ahead...but like W says how long have u been doing this? its been around 18 or so years for me...

if it wasnt plastics i catch them on and it wasnt live bait i catch them on theres obviously only one more clear choice here....ding ding ding u guessed it dead bait....holy shiznit i figured u would have had knowledge enough to know that...

now onto the second class...if you think bayou lacombe is the only place to catch trout in lake p besides a bridge you are one ignorant mofo....i know multiple places like 10 prolly where i can put 100 in the boat in lake P not on a bridge...in the spring time theres one particular spot that they stack up by the thousands for a particular reason that not to many people realize or know about....

Chris i know more about saltwater fishing, speckled trout in particular than you know about yourself...if you wasnt so ignorant you might realize fishing for Cynoscion Nebulosus is much more than pulling up to a bridge or a reef or a wellhead someone showed you....if you learn the fish youll learn how to fish them. Now if you really want to do come on here running your lips about me when you have no idea what your talking about go ahead and do that but a wise man once told me COM pilgrim COM.....

oh and if you feel the need to challenge me or whatever or my knowledge then lets take it to the sound and do it....1k maybe haha...no one else in your boat but yourself biggest 25 trout weight wins....

never mind i forgot you dont have a boat...

In all seriousness, if someone catches 300 trout or even 200 in one outing in lake P than I am doing something wrong about 70 times a year, Dumas is doing something wrong about about 200 times a year, Chas is doing something wrong about 175 times a year, Kreegers doing wrong and about 20 other people who fish it regularly are also doing something wrong. It is just not a fishery that produces numbers like that. Can you once in a while hook up to a well head(hustler) and wear them out for hours? Yes. But the average trip just doesn't produce hundreds of fish here. I wish it did. When I want numbers I go to Delacroix, but living 8 minutes from the lake p launch is hard to pass up for an 1 hour 20 minute drive.
It's all in fun, I will fish with anyone on this site(welcomed on my boat) whenever they want to make a trip.
