Going on 5 months smoke free for me....first 2 months were tough, but now I can't stand the smell of em. It's nothing more than a mind game, once you decide you really want to quit it is easy. Truth is I really liked to smoke, mainly when I drank. Got tired of spending money on something that was killing me. Made up my mind and went for it cold turkey.

By experience, there is no way to have one here and there. Been there, done that. As soon as I was having one here and there, I was having one here, there and, everywhere! Wish I had never picked em up!

Been 16 months since quitting my "12 ounce counter-balance"...

Smoked mostly on the weekends fishing and cooking/drinking outdoors, its tough to do one without the other but you can do it !!!

Even though I was a light smoker, I feel 10x better than before !!!

Keep up the good work

Hydro
