Can't believe nobody said...... a gold spoon.

Red's will hit a gold spoon just as good as most of the other baits that have been recommended.

Another thing..... if the wind is blowing some and you want to throw into the wind, can't beat a 3/4 oz spoon to get the fish in the boat.
