Cold, windy fishing 02/11/2012

Left Cal. Point around 7:30. Fished with pink Gulp Swimming Mullet, my nephew fished with pearl Gulp Shrimp. Fished South end of Big Lake first, caught 3 fish, one undersized.
Pink was not the color yesterday. Pearl did better. We were in some semi clean water, but once the tide started moving, it muddied up and bite stopped.
First fish was caught exactly the same time another boat was passing over our fishing area, with big motor. Didn't bother the Reds. But we were in the middle of a small bayou, he had to pass over our fishing area. All 3 were caught in a 5 minute period.
We hit several other spots heading North, including LNG. But no fish.
