I bout a cheap one at Harbor Freight. They had lots to choose from after Rita. Just make sure it is for Gasoline service. Northern Tool also has them. Think I paid less than $50 for mine.

call the scrap yards to see if they have a 18 wheeler tank in the yard. it is certified and better that a 55 gallon drum.

I have a hand pump for a drum with about 20' of hose I need to get rid of. Thing is collecting dust in my shop. Pumps a 55 gal drum in about 5 mins.

I think tractor supply has the electric pumps like that, if I remember right.

Check out West Marine. They have a 30 gallon poly tank on wheels, with a hose and nozzle.
You can prolly find them cheaper on line.

Some marina's won't let you fill up your own boat while in the slip/lift, due to insurance reasons. Not sure if Heberts has that policy or not.
