My pest control guy told me the Ortho brand w/ a spreader works great. i've used it for the last few years and it seems to work good. His company uses Ortho also, but the commercial grade.

probably higher dose of active ingredient, a lot of the time if you go to a feed store you can get stronger poisons..... I know there are a few places I deal with that handle same stuff that licensed pest control people use, you just have to inquire alittle more

Talstar great stuff I would judge the amount of applications based on the amount of rain you get. I put some out on some ball fields last year and was extremely dry all summer, didn't apply again all year. But a typical year, 3 times a year is good.

Get some Acephate from Gillis Feed Store (or other feed store). Put it on the beds late in the afternoon and in about a day they are dead. Some move a few feet away so I treat them too and that usually does it. Stuff stinks to high heaven! Put 2 cans in my trunk and had to roll windows down about a mile or so later!

That's what I would say. I buy Martins Premetherin at my local feed store (Raceland Ag) and it clearly reads on the label..... "For Use By Licensened Pest Control Proffesionals Only" so I'm guessing that must be the pro formula. What I'm trying to say is you can buy commerciall grade chemicals at your local feed store. When I had my dog I would even buy his vaccinations there it was less than $20.
