Just eat them don't cook um. Wasabi and soy sauce is all that's needed.

Pat'em with Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Grill or Sear to your preference
Put a little each of these on your plate:
Sarachi Sauce (red hot sauce)
Hoisen Sauce

Dip in one and dip in the other...you will not regret it...believe me

Hot pan with olive oil, cut tuna into cubes (2"x 2"), dip in flour w/sea salt and pepper, sear each side for about 5-10 seconds per side...

Get some wasabi paste and soy sauce mixed together...

Dunk in wasabi mix, take a big bite and let the tears flow ...

Good stuff !!!

I seasoned mine with some lemon pepper, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce and some McCormick garlic & herb seasoning.
Get a black iron skillet good and hot with some olive oil and pass the steak through the mixture above right before searing it on both sides in the skillet.
Another way I like them is to just put some lemon pepper on the steaks instead of all the other stuff and sear them the same way as above.

The key is to keep them in a big a cube as possible.

If you have one of those charcoal lighter for a bar be que use that yo grill them on. You need instense heat really quick and they will come out awesom. '

If you do cook them on the charcoal lighter no more thana 30 seconds on each side, you want them to be rare,

Try KC master piece teriyaki marinade
Marinade them for about 30 minutes while getting the gas grill as hot as possible.
Cook for about 30 seconds on each side.

Also try and make tuna salad out of it. You will never eat the stuff in the can again
