Who me? I have an aluminum bass tracker. It has plywood floor but I used it on the entire deck and gunwales and trailer. It is holding up good. I can take some pictures if you want.

Yea you. Would you walk on the aluminum barefoot in the summer or with that coating do you think it'd be too hot.

Well it does get hot but usually not to hot to walk on. I wear crocks and slip them off to go backhand forth to get things. I painted mine a grey color. I even painted the fenders and tongue of the trailer so I wouldn't slip getting in and out. It is pretty easy to hose off but you will never get it sparkling clean.

Default ultratuff

I just installed new carpet in my bass boat. I looked hard at a product called Ultratuff. I read info on the Internet and called the company. They answered all my questions. It is a spray on or roll on coating. The product seems to be similar to the flooring in Bay boats. Posts and pictures can be found on the Internet. I chose to stick with carpet. I was concerned about keeping an even flow of the product. The company even sent color samples. If you decide that you may use this product, make sure you call for color samples because the samples on the site are not the exact colors.

Sorry it took so long. I have been having family issues. Here are some pics of the plywood and aluminum in my boat. The paint is dirty and wet from the rain. It was painted 3 years ago.
