Default Motor Hours

While looking at used boats to buy, how many hours do yall consider too high to be interested in a boat? I kind of been having a mind set of around 200 as a cut off. But just curious if I am low balling or if that is about right.

What range is typical for a 4 stoke before you get wear problems? (not just something breaking on a fluke)

200 hrs is nothing for today's motors. U would have a cut off around 450 or 500 depending on year

Agree. My F 150 is 3 years old and I have about 300 on it. 100 a year would be a decent "goal"

So less than 55 hrs on a 6 yo boat is not a good thing.
