The thread was about getting a good icechest other than a yeti b/c he didnt have the money and the whole thread is about the expensive yetis and K2 coolers, lol.

i hate my yeti for fishing. if you have to open andclose often you have to open drain.
went back to cheap igloo .

Not sure what you price range is nor am I sure about the quality but just figured I would put this out there... the guy that builds Marsh Runner boats builds icechest also and you could probably get a custom size to fit your boat and he is local and also on SC

Bought the Coleman extreme yesterday. 28.99 and it held ice from yesterday morning to tonight! Good enough for me!
