Isn't it 1"x12"x12"=1bd ft?

A 1"x1"x12" = 0.08333 bd ft.

My brother is who's actually selling them, and I believe he's asking $70/beam. I'm not 100% on that though... feel free to contact him to verify the total cost per beam.
