power pole problems

anyone else out their having problems with power pole working fine inside building but not working on the water?????? having to hit either remote or dash buttons 4,8-15x before it moves..... tried with and w/out electronics on/off and have a good steady power supply...4 months old 6' pro series

I frequent another forum that has a tech who works for Power Pole

well I asked them about the batteries, since I got burned on an automatic door opener once... and they said that wasn't possable, but since then I have found out that the pole I have was one of the first ones out...?? I got it at academy in march-april...

Is this a Pro 2 system with the wireless C-Monster system? Have you resolved the issue yet? Please let me know if you have not, I would like to have you try a few simple things.
