Ok Cdi box fixed the one side not firing but the wiring issues continue. Did something different this time. On plane alarm came on and went into idle mode then all of a sudden it went off got back on plane so I kept riding and it killed now samething. When I turn key on the buzzer doesn't signal and won't start. Turn over no start. But I noticed check engine sequence flashing 2-1

I had a very similar issue on my suzuki DT55 a while back. Had to change CDI box and complete wiring harness. The prop shop was kind enough to fix it for me. Very expensive problem though. I believe Montauk is the one who did the repair. Hit him up, he might be able to help. Very frustrating for you, I'm sure. Hope you get it sorted. I was told that it probably originated due to a bad connection at the battery.

This is what shorted yours and shorted mine. Most Suzuki mechanics in Louisiana don't know what it is. Condenser for voltage regulator. It spikes voltage to all major components and mine is hot on the ground side when 12v is applied so its sendin volts where they don't need it at specific times which causes CPU to be confuse and the constant voltage shorted out my Cdi box and could've done worse if I hadn't found it this amImageUploadedByTapatalk1350747690.385688.jpg

Unfortunately I didn't know I had a problem until the motor was on fire! Haha. Just glad it happened as I was approaching the landing. Hopefully you'll get yours sorted before anything else gets screwed up
