My father-in-law is soon to be on dialysis, and is enjoying some of his favorite foods one last time before his dietary restrictions kick in. I was honored when he asked me to make my wings, so I obliged yesterday and fired em up. He was born and raised in New Orleans and loves to eat, and said he'd prefer these to almost anything.

Switched up the recipe a bit and added pure maple syrup to my basting sauce, and they didn't disappoint. Looking for a competition smoker to ramp up the batches to spread the love.

Dales is incredible....if you ever had a steak from Mr. Lester's....you have had Dale's before!

Mairinate your steak of 10 minutes at room temp in Dales ( 5 on each side) and baste when your about to take it off.....sit back and enjoy and don't choke on the rib in cowboy cut!
