My frames dont break they just straighten out... Its all the frames simular to the brines. They know its a problem and told me they dont plan on changing anything with them.

I have heard about the warranty issue and for 190 bucks seems like you would just ship it and get them fixed and return no charge. Abuse would be another thing.
That is the only problem I am having with buying a pair.
