FlagUS Grand Isle this weekend

I wade fish regularly in Mississippi and Breton/chandeleur islands. Going to be in Grand Isle this weekend for a bachelor party and have heard that the wading there is pretty good right now. Any tips on wading the island? not looking for anyone to give away spots just some general info since ive never fished the area before.
