Mine is still Medium rare pan seared tuna.....Its really not even close either.

I started a thread on Louisiana sportsman about people's top ten eating fish.....It was a few years back but here are the results. I ranked the responses and all that.

Based off of this ranking here are the top ten fish so far:

1. Sac-a-lait/Crappie(89)

2. Speckled Trout(67)

3. Flounder(62)

4. Grouper(51)

5. Tuna(45)

8. Redfish(36)

9. Flathead Catfish(35)

10.Tripletail(33)

Never tried the seabass but Yellowfin tuna seared and cooked rare is at the top of my list.

I am almost embarrassed to say that I have never had tuna or wahoo! I never fish the deep waters so never had the chance to catch them.
