texjoy fajita seasoning. Man it needed roasted jalapeño to set it off and cut the sweetness a bit. I usually put it in my pico but at $2.79 for a 1/2 pint of mango salsa from market basket you can't go wrong.

If you don't have a cast iron grill pan get one. It cooks the best fish and shrimp.

Fish taco's are so good, I am surprised that you were able to use Sacalait... did you scale and leave the skin on? I would have thought that the meat would fall apart to quick.
Git you some coleslaw, lemon juice and a wedge of avocado over some fresh grilled fish... ummmmmm goood. |

Looks good, that's what I ate at Twin Peaks Friday night.
I had some at a roadside stand once somewhere's in Florida. They had fried Mahi Mahi and instead of lettuce they used finely shredded cabbage. They were the best tacos I've eaten. |

Hey here is a tip for fish tacos. Try a little broccoli slaw instead of lettuce with it. Damn good.
