Default Baked Boston Butt Roast

Lil-c and I stuffed a boston butt roast with garlic, onions, bellpepper, and banana peppers then seasoned it good.Threw it in the oven for 3 hours at 350 degrees with the cover on,removed the cover for another 30 mins for it to get brown and thicken the gravy. Also made a potatoe salad, cooked some rice and cut some fresh vegetables and here is the result, dessert might have to be a fresh dose of LIPITOR.Lol
