Check with Eric Simmons at SCB. Or Josh Finch at Full Throttle Boatworks. They will do 'try and buy' on props.

The OT4 is just alittle to much and the small hub lets it break loose to much.

Are you running the blow out ring on that OT4?.
The 4.2L Yams (SHO included) do not need the extra ventilation.
Never heard of an OT4 breaking loose, unless no blowout ring on a SHO.
I ran a 25 OT4 on a 250 SHO that ran right with the 26 B1XS - 74 mph. It bites like a pit bull and will not turn loose from my experience.

Call Mark Croxton and get his large hub Razor 4 - large hub with big stout blades.
He will fix you up. > http://www.marksprops.com/products.html

Good luck.

the prop will lose its bite due to the way they are setup....the bravo I XS has holes in front the blade to allow exhaust to help with holeshot...with the ot4 prop being a small hub, at a certain point during acceleration(different setups different point at which it will slip) it will lose its bite(slip-motor will rev a little more than normal) but once the speed and amount of water feeding the prop equalize a bit it will hook up hard again....with the ot4 style prop its usually on take off....bout the best way I can explain it.

I had 2 rings on the OT4. The Majek Illusion is a shallow water boat. Pretty much a flat bottom with a huge tunnel. Is a whole different animal than the 23LS.

To be clear, the blow out preventer ring wraps the entire prop hub forward of the blades. You physically cannot have 2 on at the same time - so I guess you mean 2 PVS hole plugs. No venting at all needed on the SHO.

To be clear I had 2 rings on it so as to fill the entire gap. Ill post a pic later. Never doubt my ingenuity. 2 rings did more than one but it was still to much to stay hooked up in the tunnel.
