Default sweet and spicey wings

I worked up a nice simple and tasty little marinade for wings or any chicken and thought I would share:

Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings

3-4 pounds of chicken wings
(also works great for legs, thighs, or leg quarters)

Marinade:
3/4 cup zesty Italian salad dressing & marinade
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon Salt

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon hot sauce
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper (leave out if you don't want it to be mildly hot)

Note: if you want more heat then adjust cayenne to 2 Tablespoon for hot, and 3 Tablespoon for grab da beer my mouths on fire.

Breading:
2 Cups unseasoned fish fry (because I find flour is just too thick and clumpy)

Directions:
Mix marinade in a bowl and cut wings into sections throwing tips away and leave skin on. Add chicken to bowl, mix well and then put everything into a 1 gallon zip lock bag and remove all the air then refrigerate it for at least 2 hours but its ok to let it marinate overnight if you want to.

Put fish fry into a 1 gallon zip lock bag and add the marinaded chicken allowing excess liquids to drain off as you do.

Fry chicken in a skillet with about 1/2" of veggie oil on medium high heat for 10 minutes then flip chicken over and go another 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside. (thighs, or leg quarters will need more cooking time)

if you have a deep fryer or a deep iron skillet to deep fry it adjust your cooking time to your situation

it comes out with a slightly sweet taste to it along with some zesty flavors

for my parents I told them to use the recipe without any cayenne and they love it because they don't like any pepper

once they are marinaded you can skip the fish fry and grill them just like that or bake them in the oven and they still taste great because all the seasoning is done by the marinade
