Default Da Gov'ner!

Ran into former Gov. Edwards and wife Trina last night after the Hank William's Jr concert at Coushatta casino! We had 3rd row seats! Epic concert!

Somehow I don't think he feels bad about that at all. The real question to ask him is, how does he feel about fathering a child in his 80's, never to see that child graduate from HS.

I don't blame da Gov for marrying. If I was 80+, single, and getting out of a long prison term, I may well be tempted to marry a much younger blonde and give in to her desires regarding progeny. I don't think any man here can honestly say that they wouldn't ...

But after such a history, I think it would be best to either stay out of politics completely or reserve one's role to an advisory capacity. Gov Edwards has some definite strengths from which many politicians might learn. He'd do much better as an elder statesman having his impact behind the scenes.

Well you may be right, maybe *most 80+ yr olds do clammer for a woman 1/3 their age. That's one thing...but fathering a child at that age-most have no desire for that

His intent is NOT to play second string to anyone. He has an ego the size of a football stadium. He loves the limelight-always has...always will. Loves the attention he gets. It is what drives him, and I can't see him ever resorting to being someone's advisor

Abraham fathered multiple children after 80. When Sarah died, he married Keturah and fathered some more.

LOL never said it couldn't be done...just saying at 80+ years, nobody wants to be changing ****ty diapers. At that age you're wondering who's gonna change yours!

I love his quote, "the only way I can lose this election is if they find me in bed with a dead woman, or a live boy."
